SILVER Explorer benefits:
Generally your preferred travel agent will be able to help you with information and bookings for your Evergreen tour. But the Explorer Help Desk is there should members have any remaining questions or concerns. Their helpline number has been established exclusively for Explorer Members – where our dedicated Explorer Staff will be happy to assist.
Members will have exclusive access to additional offers on selected tours. This might be a complimentary additional night before or after your tour, a room upgrade, an on-board credit, a complimentary scenic flight added to a tour, a spa treatment at one of your hotel stays or even a discount on the tour itself.
These special member only offers will be advised in a quarterly Evergreen Explorer magazine, in our monthly member emails o ryou can see current offers by circulating on the 'Members Offers' tab above.
Whilst all our guests are welcomed on tour, as a prior guest Explorer members can expect to receive that extra attention. A special member name tag, member travel wallet and complimentary member backpack will be provided each time a member travels with Evergreen Tours.
You do not have to be travelling to be part of the fun. Members can enter various fun competitions, usually
notified in our quarterly Evergreen Explorer magazine or monthly e-newsletter. It may be your opportunity to show your geographic knowledge, your photographic skills, your crossword cunning or just share a funny anecdote.

To ensure members are always up to date with the latest Evergreen news the complimentary Evergreen Explorer magazine is mailed each quarter. Read about our most recently released tour programs, special member offers, fun competitions, travel tips and more. A great read to help you ponder your possible future travel plans.
Non members can also subscribe to the monthly Evergreen Explorer magazine – to do so please click here. While you can not access the special member offers till you achieve membership, the magazine is full of interesting articles matters associated with travel as well as the latest Evergreen tour itineraries.
The monthly Explorer E-newsletter has the most recent news and advice, as well as exclusive member discounts – hot off the press.
After each time an Explorer member travels with Evergreen Tours, they receive a 'Welcome home' letter which includes a voucher providing a special member discount off their next Evergreen tour – just to tempt them to go exploring again! Silver Explorer members receive a $100 per person discount voucher – which will usually arrive in the mail within eight weeks of their return home.
But remember you have to have a valid mail address and ensure that you are not marked as 'do not mail' in our system to receive the welcome home letter, including the voucher.
As part of the 'Welcome Home' letter, members also receive a $50 per person discount voucher after each time they travel that they can give to a friend, who has not travelled previously with Evergreen Tours, to use toward their first Evergreen experience.
Please note that these vouchers have terms and conditions of use which are set out on the voucher the members receive.
GOLD Explorer benefits:
Should you complete either 5 tours or 50 days touring in a lifetime with Evergreen Tours you will become a Gold Explorer member.
Your Gold Explorer benefits include:
Gold members receive all the benefits of Silver membership noted above
PLUS
Gold members are eligible for a complimentary pre or post tour night stay at the tour point of embarkation or disembarkation. Members should speak to their travel agent or call Evergreen Tours for details of qualification for this benefit, applicable hotels to your tour choice and to organise this benefit on qualifying tours.
That is an extra $100 per person you can put towards your next tour compared to this benefit for Silver members.
There will be a range of additional special offers such as special events, side tours, upgrades or savings exclusively for Gold members with selected tours .
DIAMOND Explorer benefits:
Should you complete either 10 tours or 100 days touring in a lifetime with Evergreen Tours you will become a Diamond Explorer member – the top and most exclusive tier of the Evergreen Explorer program.
Your Diamond Explorer benefits include:
Diamond members receive all the benefits of Silver and Gold membership noted above
PLUS
For Diamond members this benefit is applicable regardless of the number of days of the tour
That is an extra $100 per person you can put towards your next tour compared to this benefit for Gold members.
There will be a specialized range of offers made available exclusively for Diamond members only on selected tours.
